相信不少人都知道，初到埗日本的外國人，要租到想要的房子，
以及辦理需要的手續是一件非常麻煩的事情。

作為外國人的我們也有遇過相同的經驗，希望透過我們的專業知識，幫助客戶租到想要的房子
我司的宅建士為香港人，在客戶簽約時可以提供廣東話 / 國語 / 英文解釋合約內容的服務。

如果家長們擔心孩子一個人在外面初到步不知要怎樣做的話，我司在租房後也會提供一些生活支援服務直至孩子安頓好為止。

對於有意來日本發展事業的朋友，我司也有提供創業支援服務。
在異地創業，有很多想像到以及想像不到的問題需要解決。除了金錢以外，有時候也需要不同類型的協助，才能夠令事情更順利。

我司為日本中小企商會之會員，合作伙伴亦以日資公司為主，可以介紹合適人士以協助客戶開拓日本當地的業務。

Many people are aware that for foreigners who are newly arriving in Japan, renting a desired property and handling the necessary procedures can be very troublesome.

As foreigners ourselves, we’ve had similar experiences. That’s why we hope to use our professional knowledge to help our clients find and rent the homes they want.

Our licensed real estate agent (宅建士) is from Hong Kong, and we offer contract explanation services in Cantonese / Mandarin / English at the time of signing.

If parents are concerned about their children being alone and unsure of what to do upon arriving in Japan, we also provide lifestyle support services after the rental process, continuing until the child is fully settled in.

For those interested in starting a business in Japan, we also offer entrepreneurial support services. Starting a business in a foreign country involves many expected and unexpected challenges. In addition to financial matters, different types of support may be needed to ensure things go smoothly.

We are a member of a Japanese small and medium-sized enterprise association, and our partners are mainly Japanese companies. We can introduce suitable contacts to help clients develop their business locally in Japan.
